Look Who's One! Miss Marissa

I was so super, super excited (with extra icing) to be asked t photograph Miss Marissa's 1st Birthday Party.  Standing here today you would never know that a year ago Marissa Ellis Grave Beatty decided to enter the world 11 weeks before expected. While this little miracle baby had a few tough months in the beginning, it's clear that nothing is slowing her down today, including birthday cake! Marissa, I wish you the most amazing birthday and I know that you'll have many more filled with love and happy moments!

Ren - 1 Year

Nicky - 1 year

I've photographed the Ferranto a few times now (lucky me) and this time it was in celebration of Nicky's 6 month birthday. It was a perfect session, one that reminds me just how I love what I do. From the location in New Town St. Charles, the weather and of course Nicky and his amazing family, I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks for an amazing morning guys, I can't wait for next time.

1 Year Session: Emma

This is the second session Emma and I have had together and it’s hard to believe that this little blue eyed beauty is already one♥ We had a great time playing in the snow as she cruised around old town in her sled (great idea mom). We managed to make a few sweet stops, one at Grandma’s Cookies and then at Riverside Sweets for little cake. Jessica, thanks for letting me spend the afternoon with Emma. I had a blast celebrating her 1st birthday ♥

Look Who's One!

I've always wanted to capture cake fun so with a little help from Miss Macie and my friend Erica (Piece of Cake) we had a great time celebrating! I met Macie and her parents in Florissant at the Sacred Heart Campus to capture these great images. We even stopped over at Hendels Market for a few shots. If you haven't been to Hendels it a must stop in historic Florissant (they have the best cab cakes and the restaurant is full of character). Happy 1st birthday Miss Macie!!
